“I am forced to use setup wizard every time I start ClickLearn studio”
This happens as clicklearn studio is not allowed to save its configuration (C:\ProgramData\ClickLearn\ ClickLearnCustomConfiguration.xml).
To solve this, please set Modify access for the Authenticated Users group for the hidden folder C:\ProgramData\ClickLearn\
