When completing the assessments, the learning modules do not tell you if you answered a question incorrectly; that is, you have to click on “see correct answers”. I see my error here and want to retake the assessment but there is no option but to simply continue. If a user does not answer a question correctly, directly go to that would be helpful with the option to re-learn and re-test.
