Subtitle, audio and cursor animation works but the image on the video is not moving. What do I do to fix this?

hi
it looks like you are viewing the tryme video, which is an interactive video requiring you to click the various step in the video screen itself in order to progress it.
Instead, try the showme video, i bet that is what you are after :)
