Currently the virtual assistant only appears upon request. It would be useful to be able to remind users of an action they need to take, via a pop up. eg: we want to ensure our users stop creating duplicate contacts. A pop up on the Contact screen - or perhaps when the click New Contact - to remind them to search for a contact before creating one, would be really helpful for our data. We have done training, but still have the issue.

Could you maybe elaborate a little more on the situation you describe?
Do you mean that Clicklearn recognizes certain triggers in your EPR system and gives a custom pop up with a directive about not creating duplicate contacts?
