Is there a ClickLearn Attain Admin Guide?

Hi Morten,Thank you for the quick reply! This is useful but not exactly what I am looking for. I have a reference PDF for ClickLearn Classic called “ClickLearn Learning Portal” that instructs the user concerning everything there is to know about the app. I’ve attached a screen shot of the first page of this PDF for reference. Is there a PDF like this for ClickLearn Attain?

ClickLearn Attain Publish Warning - Cannot find asset for 'Custom'

More on this. In an attempt to correct this error, I copied everything from my Common Assets folder to my Recording Assets folder (which was empty) and now the publish succeeds without errors. It seems like some assets need to be in the Common Assets and others need to be in the Recording Assets folder. Is there any documentation that indicates the rules for what types of assets needs to be in what folder?

Thank you for your quick reply! I don’t know why, but for some reason I thought that ClickLearn would just pull the recordings in automatically. I thought I had done something incorrectly.

Hello Peter, Thanks for your response. This is helpful but I am also having trouble creating a link to a location on our network. For example, if I want to point a user to a folder on the network and I type “Z:\Corporate-Public\ClickLearn\IT” into the recording notes, that path is not recognized as a link the same way as one that starts with “htt[p:...”.

Using project filters, file lists, and collaboration with fellow authors

OK. That’s a great video! What I was missing was the ability to assign a project from the file properties. Once I did that I was able to filter the way I wanted. Thank you!

Hello Everyone, My name is Kevin and I am just starting to use ClickLearn. I work at Hussey Seating Company in North Berwick, Maine, USA. We’re excited to start using this software to produce documentation for all our processes with IFS and to explore its use in our other systems. I have a variety of interests outside of work including hiking, camping, gardening and just being outdoors.
