Is it possible to only offer the Test me recording, without displaying all 3 options of Test Me, Try Me or Show me?

Haley, Yes! you can control which of the video outputs you present by making changes to your recording template.  Recommend working with ClickLearn Support to ensure you have all the correct settings. Mike

Hello @Tobias.   Very excited with the level of details available in the Odata feed.  How can we further understand the tracked values?  For example, CompanyTrackingData has “IntValue1” and “IntValue2” that appears to be a time markers perhaps in seconds whereas DashboardWorldMaps has “Count” that appears to be total minutes on the site.  Thanks in Advance. ClickLearn release version 11.0.0.72

Hello Lucia.  We are grateful for the updates coming in a timely manner (especially the first item).  I think the community would benefit from more meaningful details associated with these release notes and how we can leverage these improvements.   For example, “Improved support for Microsoft Teams” is very interesting but what was improved?  Further, I cannot find any documentation regarding the support for Teams so I’m stumped. “Don’t be afraid to sound excited about all the cool things you shipped!”

What's your ClickLearn use case?

PCL Construction plans to develop ClickLearn content for several different applications including Microsoft D365FO, SalesForce, and custom Web Apps.  These applications are used by internal professional users, external partners (subcontractors, consultants) as well as hourly trade workers. The Microsoft D365 application is 95% custom and currently has over 1500 internal / 2000 external users of the application.  We are converting over 400 existing knowledge articles and 25 Classroom Training topics into ClickLearn with multiple content contributors collaborating.  Further, we expect to publish this content to the Clicklearn cloud via multiple Shelves that align to each primary audience.   We have developed a first cut at our best practices guide and hope to share questions and feedback from our experience going forward.

Meet the Community | Introduce yourself

Hey Gang.  Just started working with ClickLearn in the past few months.  My client is PCL Construction and we have several different applications (D365FO, SalesForce, Web Apps) that require ClickLearn content.    The Microsoft D365 application is 95% custom and with over 1500 internal / 2000 external users of the application,  user help and training materials are a big part of our world. We are converting over 400 existing knowledge articles and 25 Classroom Training topics into ClickLearn with multiple content contributors collaborating.  How timely to be eliminating classroom training! When not working I can usually be found training for biking, running or swimming events.  Here is a picture from last summer’s 110 km MS ride where I agreed to wear a tutu during the ride in order to hit my fundraising goal.   Looking forward to sharing our experiences and working with everyone! Mike
