I waited for this feature already a long time to have a better overview in the portal. In my opinion “structure editor” sound quite fitting but if someone else has another idea - I am not the creative person ;)

How do you use Replay?

Hi Amy :)   I can understand your point at the beginning. It needs a little time to get used with the Replay function. I currently use the Replay function every day for our CRM Wave 1 update to update the content we have already. I will currently replay around 30 recordings. There are some things which you need to think in advance to make your replay successful. From starting of the recording, think about how it would work in the replay if you do the steps.Also spend time in the Replay role in your ClickLearn studio - it is a really powerful role with a lot of options. Also I would recommend when you want to do the replay in several languages, let it first run in your original language until everything is fine and then directly afterwards in the other languages (that helps that even if my IT guys are doing something in meanwhile in the background the replay will be not affected). And one of the biggest success: once you are used to the function and a recording is going through it will

What's your ClickLearn use case?

With ClickLearn we create our training materials for the roll-out to Microsoft Dynamics 365 inside Georg Fischer Piping Systems. Besides the training material for the live trainings our users have a full library with the knowledge of the training to reread and even more insights. Also for new employees it shall be the area where they find all the necessary information for CRM. Currently, we are updating the content to the Microsoft Wave 1 release and doing 7 translations of all the content. This needs already a lot of time, but I do not want to think about how much time it would cost me without ClickLearn :)

Meet the Community | Introduce yourself

“Learning never exhausts the mind.” Hi everyone, my name is Anja and I work since one year for Georg Fischer Piping Systems as Community Manager. This is also the time since we used ClickLearn - so I started from my first day on using ClickLearn and like to explore all functions. We are currently rolling-out our company to CRM365 with over 1’000 users worldwide. Therefore, we recognised the big advantage with ClickLearn have the content available directly in the CRM and also to provide it in several languages. Especially, the LiveAssist is something our users love - we call him “Little George”. If I do not work, I like to spend my time outisde in the nature for cycling, hiking, swimming or every other nature activity especially near the Lake of Constance. Lake of ConstanceLooking forward to learn more from all of you so that we can use ClickLearn in the best way.
