How do you get accurate images of Microsoft Excel?

Update: I had more success when using Excel Online for screenshot purposes (even though end users will be using the standalone application).Just had to be mindful  to avoid any keyboard navigation. Would be nice if the Recorder could recognise the selected cell, rather than the tiny dot on screen where you click, but nicely presented documentation is possible if you have the time.

Change default instruction text in connector

Thank you - this gave me the ability to make the required changes to the connector, and the recorder is now functioning as intended.Note: This activity did require me to make around 30 separate line changes to adjust the connector for proper English phrasing (Action + Name of + Target). If possible, I imagine other English speaking users would also benefit if this formatting could be applied as the English default in all other connectors; especially as the steps I took were very much prone to error.In the meantime, I am happy.

Thansk Morten!This makes sense. However, when I go into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations connector in Settings > Language settings > Language template editor, I don’t see any ‘old’ text.. All fields appear blank. Am I looking in the right place?If I could see the ‘old’ text, like you show in your screenshots I would be happy to make and try the respective updates needed to correct the phrasing.Example screenshot of what I see. No matter what I select on the left hand side, I fail to see any example text in the respective language boxes.

Setting Up the ClickLearn Assistant for Web Apps

Found a solution. Troubleshooting for anyone interested:I realised it only allowed me to have the assistant linked to one site per browser.If I have training environment opened in Chrome, and Test open in Edge (both with Assist extension running) it seems to work for both sites concurrently.

Setting Up the ClickLearn Assistant for Web Apps

What do you do if you complete above steps, but when you test that the Assistant has been configured no content is found?I have a content cloud I want to link to two environments (a training and test environment). I have set both up separately in Assist Config, both pointing at same Content Cloud library, but Assist only seems to run on the Training environment, but not in Test.Not sure what troubleshooting I can apply.

Thank you - whilst Replay does often address the tooltip issue, many times it doesn’t; causing a significant increase in effort to remediate.Some examples where Replay has not proved useful, or when having the ability to directly edit a screenshot would be a lot less hassle:When trying to remove a ‘tooltip’ where the step involves scrolling and selecting an entry from within a dropdown list. In this circumstance, Replay will remove the tooltip, but then select the ‘wrong’ option from the dropdown list is captured (as it selects an option relative to the click, ignoring the scroll).When trying to remove a ‘tooltip’ where the step is several levels deep into a floating menu (one that disappears when you click away). To replace (for example) the third step in such a process, you need to replace all preceding steps too to ensure the menu is open as intended - even though those steps were fine (and a re-record may cause another common error). When I want to fix one particular screenshot, bu

No it doesn’t unfortunately. Especially in ‘Written document’ outputs, the tool-tip is really annoying placed.
