NEW FEATURES
Project
- You can now duplicate your existing project with a different name using "Save as" from the project's context menu.
Assets
- Restore version of the asset will be available even after substituting it with a different file with the same extension. Also, a column with the version number will be displayed in the assets.
Connector
- Drag and drop is now supported on the web connector.
Publishing Template
- A new publishing template setting has been introduced to reposition the numbering of a group in the screenshot.
ENHANCEMENTS
Settings
- Installing native messaging host has now been moved out of project settings and is a menu item of the Get help button on the blue bar. Local application cache can now be cleared using "Clear application cache" menu item by clicking your profile in the bottom left corner of the studio.
Language template editor
- LCID code of a language will now be displayed in language template editor.
FIXES
Login
- On MSI O365 login was happening only if its run as admin. This is now fixed.
Recording
- Adding a recording as a reference did not appear in external changes. This is now fixed.
- Recordings turned invalid when they were imported from classic. This issue is now fixed and you should re-import the recordings to see them in your studio.
- Editing a step was popping up a blank dialogue sometimes. This issue is now fixed.
Recording editor
- Validation pop-up appeared twice for invalid images. This is now fixed.
- The "At the beginning of current section" option only works if there are sections in the recording. It will add the question to the beginning of the current section.
Structure
- Adding duplicate recordings at the same level within the structure is restricted. Rather, you can still add it to a section.
- Cut and paste operation will now start working.
- Section and hyperlink titles added in the secondary language were not reflected in the base language. This issue is now fixed.
Publishing Template
- Pasting code from MS Teams or Outlook to custom CSS was pasting some invalid characters which caused the CSS not to execute. This is now fixed.
- Template for power point has now been updated with the new logo.
Metadata
- Adding a second attribute in metadata was not getting saved. This issue is now fixed.
