ClickLearn unveils new user interface (UXP) and AI features
This release includes a new user interface with AI features called the User eXperience Panel (UXP). It is currently available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform with other platforms soon to follow.
The core value of the User eXperience Panel is to deliver learning content for users directly inside the applications people use every day. It delivers in-app contextual guidance to users with aligned their specific role in the organization and features a fully integrated AI chatbot.
This release also includes an expansion on the kinds of materials that can supply the AI chatbot like existing organization-specific PDFs, YouTube videos, company presentations, sales PowerPoints, and more.

- A new option to configure the User eXperience Panel is added.
- Manage sources: Add and manage sources for UXP.
- Map the user role to segments to target content for specific users.
- External structure: Now you can use recordings from other company’s projects by adding a federation.
- Dynamic assets: You now have the ability to add external content as the sources.
- YouTube crawler: As a part of dynamic assets you now configure to fetch the videos from YouTube.
- AI Chat: End users can now chat with the data [Recordings and PDF] in UXP.
- AI Summarization: You now have an ability summarize selected steps in the recording editor.
- Tab configuration: Configure tabs for UXP.
- Panel settings: Add the ID or URL of your system in which you want the UXP to appear.
- Dynamic assets: You now have the ability to add external content as the sources.
- YouTube crawler: As a part of dynamic assets you now configure to fetch the videos from YouTube.
- AI Chat: End users can now chat with the data [Recordings and PDF] in UXP.
- AI Summarization: You now have an ability summarize selected steps in the recording editor.
- AI Token implementation: All AI requests are now charged, and tokens for the same will be given to users, they will be deducted based on their usage and the same can be refilled.
- Dashboard: A dashboard has been implemented to analyse the user engagement on UXP. This dashboard will present detailed information about how much content has been consumed and what the users are searching with top consumed contents in a given date range for a particular project.
- Notifications: Notifications can now be sent directly through the UXP. You can target specific groups of people, in specific applications, based on their roles. You can target people entering specific areas or screens in your applications. You can make time-based notifications and determine the level of interruption for your notifications.
Please note: Currently UXP is available to ClickLearn subscription customers on the latest priceplan, on Professional and Enterprise editions, and MS D365 CRM platform only.

Project
- Projects on local companies were unable to open. This issue is now fixed.
APT
- In assets, APT logs and screens were not opening. This issue is now fixed.
- In APT, after adding the filter, the single quotes were removed automatically after saving the API Get. This issue is now fixed.
InsideHelp
- The multitenant ID expired, but it is now fixed. Please try reconnecting the InsideHelp if you have used the ID recently.
