Your license may include one or more connectors for web apps. A web app is application software that runs on a web server, unlike computer-based software programs that are run locally on the operating system (OS) of the device. Web applications are accessed by the user through a web browser with an active network connection.
Supported web apps include but are not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, CRM and Finance & Operations, IFS Aurena and SalesForce.
When recording web apps with ClickLearn, ClickLearn supports recording only through the Google Chrome and/or the chromium-based Microsoft Edge browser. And the browser must be configured with the corresponding ClickLearn connector extension.
