Group as text formats steps inconsistently

When I group three steps and choose to keep them as text rather than bullets or numbers, it gets formatted oddly: The first two steps end up on the same line, separated by a dash that can’t be removed, while the third step gets its own line. I can’t remove the dash, and if I try to end the first step with a full stop, it’s automatically removed. This forces me to format my text around a dash that has no reason to be there.This doesn’t happen if I merge two or four steps, only when I merge three. Is there a way to get around this and get rid of the dash?I had to blur the text for privacy reasons, I hope this makes sense with annotation:

Odata fields

I think this question has been asked before but I cannot find an answer. I would like to know how to find out which users have passed their Test Me evaluations. I have used Odata to populate an Excel spreadsheet and also have successfully uploaded the Odata into Power BI, but I cannot find what the fields represent, is there a list somewhere. I would also like to know how to check the user’s evaluation score. One of the users has told me (and screenshotted that they got 92% in their Detailed Evaluation) but I cannot find this information in the Odata or anywhere else. Please help - thanks Penny

My question is , if the project is already published on share point and you make some changes. what's the process to re publish the updates?Will that recompile the whole project or just the changed bit can be rebuplished?

Mule 4 - Workday connector

i'm wanting to get employee data from Workday such as when a new hire happens, employee terms, or just an update to employee record. I'm using the HR workday connector from Workday and I believe that I configured the connector correctly, but i'm still getting a 500 error. Are there any suggestions to get my connection working?

ClickLearn Recording Saved but not updated

Hello,one of our authors spent about 3 hours editing his recording. He saved as he went along. This content had not yet been published. His laptop re-start itself (pesky Microsoft updates) and all of the work he had completed was lost. His recording only showed what was there when he started his 3 hour edit.The activity logs don’t even show that he had been in the recording at all for over 2 weeks but he was working on it 5 days ago.Is there anywhere that this update recording could be? After all he saved it multiple times. Our authors are very busy and we can’t afford for them to be losing 3 hours worth of work. This is not the first time that this has happened to this particular author.Thanks Penny

Uploading SCORM files from Click Learn to a LMS

When enabling the SCORM package within Click Lean, it appears to load the entire Learning portal into one SCORM file. When loading that SCORM file to an LMS, the file does not communicate correctly. Is there a way to load SCORM files individually for individual recordings within Click Learn? Thanks!

We are currently using ClickLearn login provider for sign-in, and would like to enable 2FA. Is that possible? Do we need to switch to another login provider like O365?

Not capturing clicks or hovers

I’ve tried recording a process multiple times but while it’s capturing the relevant screen section, it’s not capturing the areas I’m hovering or clicking on. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it. The process I’m trying to capture is tracking emails to Dynamics from Outlook. It captures the ‘To’ field and the D365 plug in and nothing from there.

Replay failure when scrolling to the right or to the left

Dear Community,Is there any tip to record or bypass a scroll because when replaying a record with a scroll, the replay gets failed at this step. For example, in IFS Cloud (23R2), in the purchase order lines screen, several data which are not in the visible area need to be completed. So, it requires to scroll many times on the right.Even if we delete the step corresponding to the scroll, the replay stopsThanks for your help

Linking to an Asset

Hi,I am trying to link to an Asset uploaded to my Common Asset folder via a hyperlink in a content block I can find the asset and link it (as per Christine’s Aspire tutorial) but as soon as I try to preview the recording I get an error to say the file is not found.Any ideas what is happening here? I have tried with both Word and PDF versions of the document and these files are definitely in the Common Assets folder and I can find them and link to them in the recording. Thanks Penny

How to scroll when recording in BC?

Hey there, we are facing major problems when scrolling within BC. When I scroll via left click, ClickLearn cant replay this action. On the other hand, when I skip the scroll-action (since it does not work at all) ClickLearn scrolls from the left to the right, to the left, to the right.. It just does not stoo scrolling until it resigns and tells me that it could not find the field. Has anoyone here experience with recoring scoll actions within Business Central?

Can links be extended beyond 60days?

When creating a link to share; the only options are for it to be valid for either 30 or 60 days. Am I able to have a permanent link, or for longer than this? Thanks :)

Hi, sorry me again.just wondering if there is a way to change how the Table of Content looks in the template so that there is more spacing in between the lines. I realise we can output the Table of Contents in the downloaded document. Is this the only way? Thanks Penny

Hyperlink within a recording

Hi,In our recordings a step number is added automatically. If steps are added or removed, the steps automatically update.is it possible to hyperlink or add a tag to a step.so that you can refer to it. For example you have a recording that is steps 1 - 10 and on step 7 you say “refer to step 5 for more information” but then you add or delete steps between 1 and 7 and the numbering is automatically re-done. Do you then have to manually update the part that says refer to step 5, because the number will now have changed.I hope this question makes sense.Thanks Penny

Test Data between multiple recordings

I’m currently working on a series of APTs in order for us to automate our AST testing. I had hoped to write short recordings, and connect them together using the Test functionality. However I’m struggling to get them to connect together easily, as it doesn’t seem like scenario data setup for 1 recording is available to the next recording, instead it asks for the data again.For example, I have three recordings that do the followingCreate and Release Purchase Requisition Find Purchase Requisition Convert Purchase Requisition Line to Purchase OrderWhen connected into a test, I setup the part data differently per scenario. So scenario 1 wants Part Number LEGO-BROWN, Scenario 2 wants Part Number LEGO-TEAL, etc.This works easily for creating/releasing the requisition, and then I can use the screenshot capture to get the PR number in order to do recording #2.However when I get to recording #3, I want to select the requisition line based on the Part Number from Scenario 1. Is it possible to use URL-Links with placeholders for different IFS-systems?We want to use links into the IFS system with project defined server-address.example:https://<server>:<port>/main/ifsapplications/web/page/DocumentRevision/FormThe parameter ‘server’ and ‘port’ should be defined global in the ClickLearn-Project.With that feature, it is possible to compile the project for a training-system and live-system without changing all the links in the recordings.

System Shortcuts

Back in March 2022 you showed me how to remove the shortcuts that CL captured when recording from our POS system.I would like to turn these back on.I am not looking to use the CL shortcuts but the ones related to our POS system. Can you tell me how to do this please?
