Publishing content to a Web server

So you want to publish your shelf and copy it to your Web Server 

Produce your Shelf in ClickLearn Studio 

Creating Books and Shelves 

Initially you will need to create your recordings, books and shelves in ClickLearn Studio. When you produce your shelf, a folder structure and a main index file is created (the folder will be shared across your network’s authenticated user groups.) 

Now you need to share the Shelf’s folder on your network linking it to the Shelf.htm file using IIS. 

Open the ‘Default Document’ setting. 

Select ‘Add ‘. 

This is where you will add the .htm file that you created when producing your shelf. 

Enter your Shelf’s .htm file name. 

Right click on the website->select ‘Manage Website’-> ‘Restart’. 

Finally, from your portal, inside help, etc. you can link them to the http://server/helpportal.htm.
