Getting our default or ordering your own template:

We highly encourage having a custom template, or at least our most recent default template, installed.

This will affect the way that content looks when produced, but also the connector specific text and phrases used for each step in a recording.

In a troubleshooting scenario, this may also prove to resolve issues with how the editor looks and how the produced content is presented.

Creating your own template:

It is also possible to jump into creating your very own template, using the guideline here.

However, I do recommend you receive one from us, then make your changed to that instead - as it will save you time since the templating system is quite complex.

Reverting changes to the template:

A change to the template entries are easy to find, just look for highlighted items.

Rightclick any item and click delete to restore it to the default.
