As with all IT system, crashes can occur - the api can be down, traffic overload, gateway down, etc.
A crashed detected by this site can affect both your ability to log into ClickLearn Studio or to view your published portals.
We have launched a new initiative to enable you to see if the ClickLearn services are operational.
Typically, the services automatically restart when we detect a crash, so if you have portal or content unavailable for example - check 5 min later and see, and then of course let us know in case we missed it :)
