Recordings not showing up in content portal after being published in ClickLearn Studio

I’ve tried to publish several times the content but after doing so, I go to the Content Portal and it doesn’t show any of the new recordings I’ve tried to previously publish.  It seems as if, the Content Portal doesn’t change at all, and doesn’t add or remove anything that I do in ClickLearn Studio.   This started happening since the new version came out.

Locked Recording

I have a locked recording which I need to edit, but since it’s locked, it won’t let me edit anything.  How can I unblock this? Thank you.

ClickLearn Chrome Assist

There have been two problems while trying to access the project through ClickLearn Chorme Assist. First of all, when I put the URL for the project it says it’s incorrect, when I believe it isn’t or when I tried different ones.  The other issue that came up is that the Project Link that we need to click to access is hidden: Could someone please help me with this.  Kind regards, Ines.

ClickLearn Assist Configuration

ClickLearn Assist Configuration isn’t currently letting me publish a new link so that my team can have access to it.
