I have a locked recording which I need to edit, but since it’s locked, it won’t let me edit anything.
How can I unblock this? Thank you.

you can go to your portal, which is your org name followed by US or EU or AU:
https://mne.portal.eu.clicklearn.com/Recordings for example
then your can find the recording and unlock it:
