How to use assist?

Whenever I try to use the assist feature, it prompts me to download ClickLearn assist. However, upon opening ClickLearn assist, all I see is a blank white screen indicating three errors. Unfortunately, I am completely unaware of the meaning behind these errors.

How to connect ClickLearn to LDAP Active Directory

I am currently attempting to establish a connection between our Active Directory user system and ClickLearn software. The objective is to eliminate the need for manual addition of individuals to ClickLearn whenever new employees join our organization. Given our substantial workforce, creating individual accounts for each employee would be a time-consuming task.

How do I make it so an invited member has only view access?

Hi, I am trying to make it so some people who I invite only have view access. I do not want them to be able to add recordings or edit recordings or make projects or anything, I just need them to be able to view projects and recordings. Is that possible?

How to I track emails of users who use my published ClickLearn site?

Hi, I am trying to track the emails of people that use my published ClickLearn site. I need to track the emails so we know who is accessing the site and what block users that don't have approved emails to access the site.
