I am currently attempting to establish a connection between our Active Directory user system and ClickLearn software. The objective is to eliminate the need for manual addition of individuals to ClickLearn whenever new employees join our organization. Given our substantial workforce, creating individual accounts for each employee would be a time-consuming task.
Hi Alek,
Consumers of the published content can authorize via Azure / O365 - so you don’t have any action you need to take for them.
For Authors that are going to be using the ClickLearn application, those can be invited by other authors of each project - this automatically creates user accounts for them and sends out all the necessary information, including installation links.
It is not possible to manage ClickLearn authors via Azure AD, apart from deploying the MSI version of Attain should you have ClickOnce applications blocked.

In our office, we currently do not use O365 services, so our employees do not have accounts. To address this, we aim to establish a connection between our Active Directory, which stores employee emails and usernames, and ClickLearn. This integration would facilitate the creation of ClickLearn accounts for all employees. As a result, when we provide instructions to our employees, they would be able to log in using their ClickLearn accounts to access our published content. We believe that LDAP is utilized for the connection process, but if additional information is required, we can consult the employees responsible for managing that aspect.
Hi Alek,
there are other authentication options available, you can see them if you try to publish a project.
if you would like to make it easy to import and create users - there is the possibility to mass create users using a properly formatted csv file on your portal.
