Whenever I try to use the assist feature, it prompts me to download ClickLearn assist. However, upon opening ClickLearn assist, all I see is a blank white screen indicating three errors. Unfortunately, I am completely unaware of the meaning behind these errors.

The assist downloads if you have windows steps in your recordings, as clicklearn expects to execute windows based steps.

 

Windows based steps can for example be you clicking back in the browser, as this uses the windows connector, rather than the web connector.

You are welcome to reach out to support or your CSM and we can look at the recordings together and find the step that causes this.
