Hi my name is Eric Peterson. I am from the New England portion of the United States.  Love the outdoors, especially spending time on and near the Ocean

We (Ensign Bickford Industries)  were introduced to ClickLearn via our IFS implementation.  We have barely scratched the surface with the possibilities of using ClickLearn throughout our global organization.  Look forward to being a part of the ClickLearn community.

Regards,

Hello Community!  I work as a Quality Leader for a manufacturing company in Tennessee.  Our company was looking for a solution that would help us easily develop instructions for our employees.  I find Clicklearn to be much easier than the previous methods were were using to capture process steps and create documentation.  The fact that is an interactive tool makes learning even easier for our employees!  Looking forward to learning more about the potential of this great software!

Hi all,

My name is Matthew Iles-Hunt and I work for Arsenal Football Club in London. I’m based at the Emirates Stadium where I look after a number of different business applications - one of them being Dynamics NAV, which is used right across the club in the warehouse… retail stores… buying & merchandising… the First Team… Womens Team… Academy Teams (where it manages all the team training and playing kits).

When it comes to ClickLearn - we’ve only just started using the product - so we’re very new and our knowledge is definitely at League 2 level rather than Premier League level that other people on here will be at!  We’ve got lots of people to train, so we’re looking forward to getting into the product - and asking lots of questions!

...this photo is from a time when we could stand next to people closer than 2m apart.

Hey everyone,

I’m Monica Stehr and I am a Product Owner at Ascensus. We have been using ClickLearn for just under a year and it has transformed how we train our users as we transition teams from On-Premise CRM to the Cloud. Now it’s exciting to see our co-workers get excited asking us for more info on our training tool. :sunglasses:

I live in Central Minnesota with my husband, our children and one grandchild. Two kids have left the nest and the other two are in high school. We enjoy camping, fishing and hanging out with family.

Hello,

We’ve been working with Click Learn since 2017 and recently went live with IFS and utilized Click Learn for all our training materials.  We like the flexibility that Click Learn offers us and the ability to integrate directly with IFS

Hi All,

I’m William Carlyle and I’m the Business Analyst here at First Milk Ltd in Scotland. We Purchased ClickLearn last year to support training and documentation of our IFS APPS 10 Implementation. With many key processes recorded before go-live we successfully implemented IFS with the support of ClickLearn’s functionality.

We know we’ve only really scratched the surface so i’m delighted to be part of this community so we can all support each other and share our lessons learned etc.

Hello ClickLearn Community! I’m Sam and I work for QGate in the role of Marketing Assistant, based in southern England. I’m fairly new to software given this is my first experience of the industry since I graduated from Lancaster University last July but like to think I have already learnt a lot!

QGate are the first authorised partner of ClickLearn in the UK and I feel very privileged to be associated with a company leading the way in elearning. One day I hope to meet Super User and ask him for some advice on how he makes lycra look so good!

Outside of work I play a lot of football and go to the gym often. Being half Scottish I support Celtic, so please no jokes at my expense from any FC Copenhagen fans here about losing to you in this year’s Europa league 😂

Hello everyone. My name is Candace and I am from the beautiful, sunny twin-island country called Trinidad and Tobago. For those who may not know, we are the southern-most Caribbean country.

I have been working at Davyn, a Microsoft Gold partner company, as a Senior Business Analyst for almost 2 years and I have been creating training content using ClickLearn for just over one year. It really is an incredible tool for training and documentation. I also use it internally to create repro steps for testing. Hi Everyone and Welcome to our ClickLearn Community!  I am a ClickLearn Senior Support Consultant and during my tenure of a little shy of a year, I have found it to be nothing short of rewarding.  I truly love what I do.

A bit about me, I am a proud mother of two, a GiGi (aka Grandmother)  and military veteran that keeps busy with my son, church and community.....there is no feeling like helping and serving others... even though I find myself exhausted by the end of the day.

Another known fact, is I enjoy spending time behind the lens of my cameras, photography and graphic design are my true passions. If I’m out  and about you can count on me lugging my DSLR backpack with me and when I’m home I’m creating and searching YouTube for How To Videos.

Although I wore the military uniform for years my favorite print is CAMOUFLAGE……..go figure, some things you just can’t shake.  If there is an opportunity to support the military and our veterans you can count on me being there!!

Tracy has been an amazing source of knowledge and help to our team at Innvoia!  She is the definition of “Customer ♥ Care”  Thank you Tracy for always being there for us - you are of great value!

Hi All, I’m Tina from Canby, Oregon, a small town in the suburbs of Portland where we manufacture pool deck accessories (Diving boards, slides, ADA lift chairs, rails, thermal covers, etc).  We first learned about ClickLearn at the Dynamics Summit in Oct 2019.  Our company didn’t have a training team, or any kind of training other than sitting with someone to show them how to do something.  So when we saw this tool we were so excited.  With our implementation of Dynamics 365 just a few weeks after Summit we immediately order our licenses and got to work.  We had one small issue that we needed help with, and Tobias was great in helping to get us through it.  So far everyone likes how easy it is to use, and how we are starting our library of training documents. I’m excited to learn more about the tool and how it can help us continue to grow.
