Dear Community, We are excited to be in the team that is empowered to build a ClickLearn community, together with all of you. This is a place for all ClickLearn users to connect with one another, learn and help each other make the most out of their ClickLearn projects. We'd love to get to know you better, so please use this thread to introduce yourself - tell us who you are, where you live, what you work with, what your hobbies and interests are, or how you use ClickLearn. This is the best way for all of us to get to know each other  About me: I am Lucia and I'm part of ClickLearn since January 2019. I was involved in our Sales and Marketing teams before, and right now I’m working in our Customer Care department where my main responsibility is to help make this Community successful. How to create a new topic for discussion or ask a questionTutorial

Would you like to ask a question or start a discussion? Here are some useful tips for making sure you and other community members benefit as much as possible from the topic.First, use the search function on the main page to make sure someone else hasn't already asked your question or started a topic on the same subject.Select if your new topic is a question or a conversation. If it's a discussion prompt or a question with many possible answers, mark it as a conversation. Mark it as a question if there is a single right or best answer to it. Note that marking a reply from another user as the best answer will help other users with the same question to find the solution quicker.Post your new topic or question in the right forum. If your topic is a question, then start a new topic (question) in the ‘Have a question?’ forum category. Submitting product ideas: Everything you need to knowTutorial

Do you have a feature request or an idea on how we can improve ClickLearn? Please don’t just keep them to yourself. This category is the best place for you to share and discuss it with other ClickLearn users. And keep in mind that you can also vote and comment on ideas submitted by others. Our product team will use this channel to carefully assess all submitted ideas and keep you updated on their status and progress made. Before you submit an idea, please search.Check if someone else hasn’t already submitted the same idea. It’s better you spend your time searching instead of writing out an idea that already exists :wink:.  You can see all submitted ideas here. How to follow and unfollow topics and forumsTutorial

Would you like to change what you get email notifications about? There are several ways to do that. To stop getting notifications from posts you're following, or to stop automatically following a topic when you reply to it, you can adjust your preferences on your settings page.    To find your settings page Click your image in the top right of the community Select "Settings" Click the "Settings" tab   You can also follow and unfollow individual forums and topics. If you are following a forum you will get a notification every time a new topic gets posted there. If you are following a topic you will get a notification every time a new reply is posted in the thread.
