Did we lose page view count in the dashboard?

It used to be, when I went to the dashboard, I could see total page views and other information.  That no longer exists.  Did it get removed?  I was using to gauge how much interactivity we had in the training portal.

No sound in try me

Hello, We have lost sound in all of our videos in our training modules.  We have made no changes recently.  The video plays but there is no narration anymore.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Issue with customer support?

Hello, I reached out previously about not having any sound in our modules.  I was told to contact support which I did.  It has not been a week and the only response I got back was on Monday that “ we are working on it” with no details.  I have since reached out twice more and have received no response.  Is there an issue with ClickLearn customer support currently?
