Hello,

 

I reached out previously about not having any sound in our modules.  I was told to contact support which I did.  It has not been a week and the only response I got back was on Monday that “ we are working on it” with no details.  I have since reached out twice more and have received no response.  Is there an issue with ClickLearn customer support currently?

Thank you for posting your question. We don’t have an issue at the moment with our support desk. But we have had a team member with a family emergency meaning the team is running lower on resources than normal. And at the same time our ticket intake has increased slightly with +10% compared to last week. Despite performance numbers looking very much like last week, it has regretfully caused a delay in processing certain Classic tickets, yours included. We are planning to reach out later today to hopefully fix the problem for you.
