Why are recordings that is not in the structure being included in the localization?

To keep control with which recordings are under development and which are ready to be used by the end users, they are placed in a “Draft” folder until they are added to the structure. When they are added to the structure, they are moved to a “Published” folder.The recordings in the draft folder are not yet added to the structure.Why is it that these recordings still show up in the Localization list?They are creating extra work by having to go and check which recordings are in the structure (and should be translated) and which that are still only a draft.Only the recordings that are in a structure should be included in the Localization.This is in version 12.1.9.0 (MSI)Br Hans

Does the ClickLearn Assist URL need to be updated every time new recordings has been published?

Hi ClickLearn,After having published the newest recordings and verified that they are available in the ClickLearn Portal, the same new recordings are not available for use in the ClickLearn Assistant in the IFS Cloud environment.Do we need to update the ClickLearn Assistant URL to get the newest recordings included in the ClickLearn Assistant?It looks like the new URL is the same URL as the existing one in the “ClickLearn Assist Configuration”?Br Hans

How to do multiple language Assist Configuration

When the ClickLearn Assist Config has been done, the Assistant is showing up in all our 3 environments, but it will only assist the users in English.Our IFS Cloud is only in English, but our ClickLearn materials are published in English, Portuguese and Arabic.How can the ClickLearn Assist be used by in Cloud the employees that need to see it in Portuguese or Arabic?/Hans

Unable to log in to ClickLearn Studio after installing latest version 11.0.0.81

I am unable to log in after installing the latest ClickLearn Studio version 11.0.0.81.I updated my password to see if it helps, but no luck.The same, new password works to log into other ClickLearn pages, like Community.   1st error in ClickLearn Studio: “Username not found”, even though it should be the same as used in e.g. Community?    2nd error when trying to reset my password: “Email does not exist in our system”It is the only email I have and is ofcourse used to log into Community

Replace corrupt image must be done in ALL the used language options?

Hello ClickLearn.While moving 7 completed recordings to the folder they are to be published from, 4 of them had an image that became corrupted and needed to be replaced.We are using 3 languages in our recordings. When the image had been replaced, it had to be done in the other 2 languages as well??Why isn’t the image added to all 3 languages in the same recording?Is there a planned fix for this?If not, I’ll have to replace the image 3 times in each of the 4 recordings? Reards Hans

How do I completely remove a language option when 1 recording exists with that language?

We started using ClickLearn with English - US and needs to change to English UK.But a recording exists with Eng US. How do I remove this, without deleting the original recording?Hans
