Hi ClickLearn,

After having published the newest recordings and verified that they are available in the ClickLearn Portal, the same new recordings are not available for use in the ClickLearn Assistant in the IFS Cloud environment.

Do we need to update the ClickLearn Assistant URL to get the newest recordings included in the ClickLearn Assistant?

It looks like the new URL is the same URL as the existing one in the “ClickLearn Assist Configuration”?

Hi Hans,

it has to be done once for each language, with the correct language URL.

Hi Hans,

when you configure the cllud configuration, you upload the entire assist repository as an xml file to the configurator, this has to be done every time you republish.

So, basically just delete the existing confgurations and add the new ones for each language (if you are using multi languge).

Hi Morten,

There is only 1 Assistconfig file option in the list after the recordings has been published in the ContentCloud, in addition to the 3 links to the English Portal, Portuguese Portal and Arabic Portal.

Does the Assistconfig file not contain all 3 languages?

Or only the English?
