Unable to log in to ClickLearn Studio after installing latest version 11.0.0.81

I am unable to log in after installing the latest ClickLearn Studio version 11.0.0.81.
I updated my password to see if it helps, but no luck.

The same, new password works to log into other ClickLearn pages, like Community. 

 

 

1st error in ClickLearn Studio: “Username not found”, even though it should be the same as used in e.g. Community?
 

 

 

 

2nd error when trying to reset my password: “Email does not exist in our system”
It is the only email I have and is ofcourse used to log into Community

Update: Issue was that an old version of ClickLearn Attain had been downloaded and installed.
Suggestion has been made to ensure old versions are harder to find than the newest versions of ClickLearn Attain,
