The exam

How you get certified

Every exam has a quiz and a hands-on challenge. From Administrator up, there's a scenario component too. Foundations keeps it simple with no scenario questions.

75–80%pass mark: 75% for Foundations, 80% for all other tracks
Unlimitedretakes, so you can try again
48 hrspause after 5 attempts in a row
Credlydigital badge issued when you complete your certification

What your digital badge includes

  • The criteria you met

Each badge has its own link, so anyone can check it. Share it with your manager, your team or on LinkedIn.

FAQ

Common questions

Which track should I start with?

Any track you like. If you're new to ClickLearn, we recommend starting with ClickLearn Attain Foundations. If you already know ClickLearn, go straight to the track that fits your role.

Do I have to take the levels in order?

No. If you already know ClickLearn, go straight to the certification that matches your experience. For Content Specialist, we recommend working through Associate, Professional and Expert in order.

What's in the exam?

A quiz and a hands-on challenge, plus scenario questions from Administrator level up. The pass mark is 75% for Foundations and 80% for all other tracks.

What if I don't pass?

You can retake the exam as many times as you need. After 5 attempts in a row, there's a 48-hour pause before you can try again.

I missed a live session. Where's the recording?

Every session is recorded and posted here within 24 to 48 hours, so you can watch on demand.

How do I share my badge?

When you complete your certification, we issue you a digital badge through Credly. It has its own link, so you can share it with your manager, your team or on LinkedIn.
