When you are watching one of your ClickLearn videos, each section header displays the image from the first step in the section: I think it would be really cool if we had the option to choose the image that displays on that screen, for a really neat and professionally-branded look. It would also be great to toggle whether you want the section header text to be visible (i.e. hide the text “Learning Objectives” in the above screenshot). My ideal outcome would be to have my own header image display here.
Hello,I am creating documentation using Microsoft Dynamics connectors and would like to edit the sentence structure of default instruction text.For example, when recording a process, the standard text would be “Click the button New”. I would like it to automatically be written as “Click the New button”, which is more natural and grammatically correct. Currently I am spending a lot of time editing every step to correct this type of phrasing, but would rather apply a change at the template, or via the connector if possible.Hope this makes sense.Thanks
Hi, Is there any possibility to adjust the Alternative title via Description without opening the recording to be more efficient with editing? I am aware about an option (see picture below) via Description, but after clicking on the edit button ClickLearn will opening the whole recording which take some time to load. Kind regards,Gian
I have got two authors who are receiving the error “Please make sure to update the ClickLearn Native Messaging Host” and when trying to record from IFS10 Aurena using Chrome, the green box is only highlighting the whole screen rather than individual screens.I have tried removing and re-adding the ClickLearn Chrome Connector but the same message appears.Also, I have been able to log on myself and create a recording successfully.We are using ClickLearn Attain and I can’t seem to find anything about how to update the Native Messaging Host.Does anyone know either how to update the Native Messaging Host or what else to do to resolve this error please?
Would love for there to be a feature where a ruleset can be used for Authors’ materials to be sent to Administrators for approval. In this way, information management specialists could give Authors power to create but not publish Recordings until after they’ve been reviewed and approved by Admin.
Hi guys, This morning, all of a sudden, my Project will not open.When I try to open my Project, I get three messages appearing in sequence as I click OK: I’ve tried restarting the software, restarting my computer, logging out and back in, and rolling back updates, but no success. My portal so far still exists and works in the browser - the issue I’m experiencing is within the Attain client itself. I have also contacted Support and asked to raise this as an urgent case as I cannot work on any content while this is happening, but have not yet heard back. Has anyone else seen this before? Please help!
Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to return to an old project and add some steps to what has already been recorded. We save as SCORM and both the pdf and Try me options are used in equal measure - how could I do this rather than re-recording from scratch? TIA

I published my content to the ContentCloud and when I try to download a recording in a word or PDF format, some of the steps are not displaying the text associated with them. Viewing directly from the ContentCloud works fine but the word and PDF formats are having issues. If anyone has had this issue or has suggestions on how to fix it, that would be great! I included a screenshot to help clarify the issue. This is the content cloud. The text in the second step shows fine. This is the word format the text from the second step is missing.
Hello ClickLearn Community, how are the menu items “Dashboard” and “Content Tracking” supposed to be used? Do you need any specific requirements to use them (i. e. admin-role)? What are all the functions? I couldn’t find any help or guide to use these tools.I think my data basis isn’t useful to work with yet. So an explaination or tutorial with own examples would be very helpful, since I can’t check it on my own.
When a user selects the PDF option for a module, it has the email address of the person who created it in the top-right corner of the PDF document. I don’t want customers/users to have my direct email address - I want that to show the email address I’ve set in the publishing template. How can I change this?
Hi,We are recording clicklearns but if the small windows icon appear during the IFS recording the the assistent fails upon replay and all other clicklearns also fails if such recording is uploaded to the hub. Have anybody seen the same and what is our workaround? Examples of times where the window icon apears during the cliecklearn recording is some field or scrolbars within the IFS application.
There are some parts of my Show Me and Try Me videos that I would like to exclude from the Test Me video, and vice-versa. For example, removing some of the explanation of areas, and instead just asking the user to “demonstrate how to XYZ”, rather than talking them through the steps and telling them exactly what to do. It would also be really neat if we could incorporate quiz questions to the Test Me video. So ClickLearn would create the Test Me video automatically, as it does currently, but then have a separate “include in Test Me material” or “include in Show Me/Try Me material” for each content block/step, instead of just the one “include in video material” option.This would make it easier to format the Test Me video, make it more challenging, and just make it make more sense in a testing capacity. :)
I was very excited to see the post “Power BI using ClickLearn Data” and have just started to work through all of the additional posts in regards to creating a Power BI dashboard.However, I am noticing that most of the articles are using data from ClickLearn Classic. We are using ClickLearn Attain and I am having a hard time figuring out what the data means. There was a pdf posted that breaks down the data within the Company Tracking Data, but the data I have has several differences:Different Action item labels intValue2, intValue2, and intValue3 txtValue1, txtValue2, and txtValue3I was hoping someone had some experience creating a PowerBI dashboard using the Attain data who could share any insight, or if there was an OData Attain Document.Thanks
Hi, A person has left our organisation and we’ve realised that she didn’t share her projects with anyone before she left. She was an author, I am one of the organisation’s ClickLearn Admins. Is there anyway any of us can access her projects so we can edit them? Thanks
