Is there a way to download/export or print off a copy of the Structure that we can keep to refer back to. We  have recently had a situation where two sections were accidentally deleted and then had to be recreated from scratch. It would have been much easier if we had been able to view a copy of the structure prior.Thanks Penny

Sometimes after using UXP a while, we cannot enter spaces to IFS Cloud or IFS.ai Copilot. We press the space key, but nothing happens. After a restart of the browser it works again. Any ideas, what the issue might be?

We have many different projects and one UXP project to gather all contents and providing it to the users in the UXP extension for IFS Cloud.I am successful in defining many different URLs as external content and everything works fine.Just with one project I get the error message above in red. What might the issue be here?

In my generated pdf files from the recordings the heading is 'Sample recording'.How and where can I change this text?/Fredrik 

I have updated the font on my portal and when I print to PDF, the font does update as it is in the portal. Any way to update or fix?  Also, when I export to pdf, my pdf prints a blank page at the end of the documentation. Any way to remove?  Note: I am using the attached word template. Please help :) 

When we try record on the sites belonging to orbit, we encounter the problems as seen on the image: It works fine on other sites so the connector is installed and works.Anyone know why this happens?We have considere4d it might be screen captur blocking but we can capture orbit just fine with other recording tools.

My customer is using Version: W1 27.0 (Platform 27.0.41799.0 + Application 27.0.38460.42290), however that is not an available version in Clicklearn---Can a project still be created? 

My Production and publishing are currently not working and my organisation cannot currently access our Learning Portal (containing our published recordings). I am unable to roll back to a previous version as the publishing screen does not show previous versions - see attached screen shot. This is getting quite desperate for my organisation now as we are about to move into the next phase of our ERP system training (the whole reason for getting ClickLearn in the first place). I'd like to exchange a screenshot for a specific step in my ClickLearn recording. The software is still under development, which means I can’t currently capture the exact screenshot needed. However, our training materials need to be released before the correct screen becomes available, which is why I've created a ‘mock-up’ version of the correct screen. Could you please advise on the best way to replace a screenshot in this situation?

When I am editing the text for an item, can I add text AFTER the bold items (the button/field etc.)?Or will this break the Replay functionality? I thought I remember being told not to do this - to only enter the text in front of the bold items - but I can’t find that back. Thanks for the advice!
