Exporting the full or part of the project structure en masse as PowerPoint files

In ClickLearn Attain, is it possible to be able to export the recordings within a project, or part of a project, en masse to individual PowerPoint files and, as a bonus, preserving the project structure via Windows folders — we are currently using the ClickLearn PowerPoint export files to help us with our review process. We’ve found the PowerPoint exports to be a great way to capture feedback from reviews, but exporting them has been somewhat onerous as it seems to be only possible individually…

Hi All, We have been using clicklearn to record IFS processes. We were early on advised that editings steps directly could impact clicklearns ability to “replay” content, and update it with future iterations. as such we’ve been using “Note” sections to add notes in, but we’re still left with a number of steps with unclear information to the common user that we don’t want to remove in case it affects the replayCan you please provide clarity in what we can and can’t edit in terms of steps that will affect the replay tool to help enhance our user experience? Inserted Text Block overlaying previous video screen

When I insert a new content block of text side by side with an image and upload the image, it looks fine in the written format but in the video, my smaller screenshot is overlayed on top of whatever the last screen captured by video. In this shot, I’m trying to highlight how to use a lookup tool so added a Windows screenshot with annotations that I uploaded and put into a new Text Block. This is what I see when I play the video: my screenshot floating over the last video screen, which isn’t what I wanted.I assumed adding a new content block inserted the whole block and would take up the whole screen in the video, similar to how it looks in the written format.Any thoughts on how I can achieve a full screen new text block with image?Thanks,Andy

Publishing Error - cannot find setting

The first error is new to me. I have no idea what setting needs to be updated in the Publishing Template. I have found the Voice Setting and have changed it twice to a different voice but still getting the same error.

Is there a scheduler in ClickLearn to plan test runs on VMs without having to start them manually? I’d like to run certain tests for different processes every night. If not, what is your recommendation how to automatically trigger tests?

CL will only Capture Full Screen

When doing an automatic recording - ClickLearn will only put the green box around the full screen and will not capture any text. I cannot find anywhere to make a change so that the box highlights the relevant area.I have not made any settings changes to CL or to browser etc. I have cleared all caches and ensured Chrome is shutting down fully.Any ideas?
