Editing Item Description via Annotation Editor for Annotation Screenshot

Hi there,I’m new to Click Learn and I have some issues with editing annotation text.As you can see in the following screenshot, I created some annotation text with line breaks (for a better readability).But when I have a look at the Written Editor those line breaks are gone.Screenshot with no line breaksCan anybody help me out?  Thx.BRMatthias

how do i remove the feedback footer from the publishing template?

I dont want the Feedback area on our publishing template but dont know how to remove it?

I am attempting to generate a share link for the “try it yourself” in a learning module for structure and segments.  Every time I click “share” the window just spins and no link is ever generated.  I have exited out and restarted multiple times with no success.

Hello,please can someone advise me if there is a way to put a heading of TABLE OF CONTENTS into the publishing template (Word) that only appears when there is a table of contents within the recording.Thanks

Connect to published ClickLearn Portal

We are building a chat bot to to serve as a ‘frequently asked questions’ chatbot for our Document Management System. A lot of knowledge comes from the exported ClickLearn portal pdf. This does the job but it’s not very scalable, every time we make a change to ClickLearn, we need to re-export the portal and upload it to the knowledge source. It’s also missing a direct link to the ClickLearn page. I can think of two ways of improving this. ClickLearn API  Is there a ClickLearn API that I can connect to my chat bot that is able to search through my portal, retrieve answers, and contain a link back to the portal? Potentially leveraging MCP (Model Context Protocol) allowing it to connect to different LLMs, including ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. I appreciate that may not be on the short-term roadmap (I think it should be!). So the next best option I can think of is: Include URL in published PDF How do I include the URL or UUID of each module in the published ‘Download Full Portal’ pdf? That w

When we try to view our published training content we get the message, that the service is unavailable.Is it a genereal temporary problem with the platform? Can we check the status of your platform somewhere?

APT execute powershell or cmd file

HiI am trying to write my own log information by using the execute function in APT. My example works when I start it from cmd. As long as I try to start a file without parameters it works also from Clicklearn APT. But if I want to pass parameters, it does not work anymore.What happens with the call in the background? How do I need to set it up so it works with parameters? I already tried to use additional parameters in the GUI, but then it separates the parameters by comma which is not working as well.Thanks for your advice. If you have a better way to write a structured log from anywhere in a test, please tell me. My goal is to have a monitoring over multiple test results with comparison with expected values and I don’t want to check dozens of log files every morning.Daniel
