Hi there,

I’m new to Click Learn and I have some issues with editing annotation text.

As you can see in the following screenshot, I created some annotation text with line breaks (for a better readability).

But when I have a look at the Written Editor those line breaks are gone.

Can anybody help me out?  Thx.

this looks like a  bug, multi-line content should not be allowed with an annotated screenshot - can you please send this, along with the recording you made, to support@clicklearn.com please?

 

Beyond investigating this, we can of course also help you accomplish what you want in a different way 😊

thx for your answer. I tried to sent the recording, but unfortunatly I get an error from your mailserver.

Error:    550 5.0.350 One or more of the attachments in your email is of a file type that is NOT allowed by the recipient's organization. 

Please let me know what file type I should send. 

Beside that, what would you suggest as an alternative for multi-line content with an annotated screenshot. I need to make the written explanation more readible for users.

It may be blocked by your organization as it is technically a zip file - just send an email to us in support and we can set up a meeting 😊
