I have got two authors who are receiving the error “Please make sure to update the ClickLearn Native Messaging Host” and when trying to record from IFS10 Aurena using Chrome, the green box is only highlighting the whole screen rather than individual screens.
I have tried removing and re-adding the ClickLearn Chrome Connector but the same message appears.
Also, I have been able to log on myself and create a recording successfully.
We are using ClickLearn Attain and I can’t seem to find anything about how to update the Native Messaging Host.
Does anyone know either how to update the Native Messaging Host or what else to do to resolve this error please?
