Producing and Publishing Issues

My Production and publishing are currently not working and my organisation cannot currently access our Learning Portal (containing our published recordings). I am unable to roll back to a previous version as the publishing screen does not show previous versions - see attached screen shot.

 

This is getting quite desperate for my organisation now as we are about to move into the next phase of our ERP system training (the whole reason for getting ClickLearn in the first place). I would be grateful for any and all help. Thanks Penny

We are truly sorry to hear that your publishing is not completed and you are facing issues getting your content produced. 
The Support team is investigating why this has occurred and working on a fix so you can get your content produced and shared with your users. 
We will update you as soon as we have it fixed.
