In the last couple of days, as we’ve been spending some time on our training materials, we have noticed that the narration audio will cut off short on steps. I found this old post that suggests a similar issue was fixed some years back. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and/or do you know if there’s a way to fix this?
Below is an example of what I’m getting both in the ClickLearn Studio editor and UXP frontend, where it seems to clip a fraction of a second off the narration for many steps. But not all. I even tried editing the video template to add a second or two of padding between steps, hoping it would help. There was no change in the behavior.
Where the step should say “Click the Save Button.”, we get:
“Click the Save butto--”
We are using Eric. This voice has been working fine up until recently.
