We are pleased to announce the release of Attain version 12.1.68.0. The update includes a dashboard enhancement along with fixes across the Recording Editor, Structure, Localization, User Experience Platform (UXP), and multiple Connectors.
This release focuses on improving dashboard visibility, optimizing performance, and resolving replay and validation issues across key areas of the product. These updates help ensure a more stable and consistent experience for authors and end users.
Enhanced Dashboard Visibility
The Dashboard has been enhanced to surface key insights more clearly and resolve data-related inconsistencies.
- Enhanced visibility of key metrics: Total Users, Activity, Unique Active Users, and Video Completions are now prominently displayed at the top for quick year-over-year comparison.
- Improved engagement and consumption insights: Visual charts now clearly illustrate Engaged vs non-engaged users and Consumed vs non-consumed content ratios, enabling better adoption tracking.
Recording Editor Stability
The Recording Editor has been updated to address an annotation-related issue:
- The add annotation button did not work when the editor was reopened. This issue has now been fixed.
Improved Structure Performance
Structure-related performance has been optimized:
- Sharing a recording or a structure has been optimized to be faster.
Localization Optimization
Localization performance has been improved:
- Translation time has been reduced due to optimization.
UXP Validation Improvement
The User Experience Platform has been updated to prevent preview-related issues:
- Importing a recording into Feature Tour without selecting any steps is now validated to avoid issues when previewing the steps.
Connector Replay Fixes
Several replay issues across connectors have been resolved:
- Selecting printer names failed to replay in FO. This issue has now been fixed.
- Notifications in the Oracle HCM new UI were unable to record individual controls. This issue has now been fixed.
- The dropdown menu in the onboarding page failed to replay. This issue has now been fixed.
- The fixed price toggle in part warranty types failed to replay. This issue has now been fixed.
