We are excited to announce that the latest version of ClickLearn Attain -  12.1.71.0. This update focuses on long-term performance stability, smarter data editing, and expanded support for complex navigation in IFS and Salesforce.

Whether you are recording intricate workflows or managing large data sets, this release ensures a smoother, more reliable experience.

ClickLearn Attain Performance Optimization

We have focused on making the Studio more resilient during heavy workloads.

  • Extended Use Stability: ClickLearn Attain is now optimized to maintain high speeds even after hours of continuous use. Previously, some users noticed the interface slowing down over time; this update ensures the application remains responsive from the first recording to the last.

Recording Editor Enhancements

We have refined the Data Editor to make post-recording adjustments more flexible:

  • Empty Field Editing: We resolved an issue where it was not possible to edit a field in a recorded table if that field was originally empty. You can now easily input values into any part of your data table, ensuring your documentation is complete and accurate.

Connector & Platform Updates

Our connectors have been updated to handle specific replay hurdles and provide more flexibility in how you capture screen elements.

IFS Cloud & Apps

  • Smarter Tree View Navigation: The expandable tree view in IFS now includes an "Any Row" option. This provides greater flexibility when your process involves selecting items within a hierarchy.

  • Note: To see this new option, please re-record the specific step involving the tree view.

  • Improved Replay Logic: We fixed a bug where replays would fail during the date selection process in IFS. Replaying your existing recordings will now work as expected without any extra steps.

Salesforce

  • Date Selection Fix: An issue that caused date selection steps to fail during replay has been resolved.

  • Annotation Accuracy: We fixed a bug where annotations were not being captured correctly during the recording process.

  • Note: For both Salesforce fixes to take effect, you will need to re-record those specific steps in your workflow.9

Why Upgrade to 12.1.70.0?

This release is a vital maintenance update that hardens the platform against performance lags and expands your ability to record complex UI elements like tree views. We recommend all users upgrade to ensure the highest level of recording accuracy and Studio stability.

Quick Checklist for Upgrading:

  • IFS Users: Re-record tree view steps to enable the "Any Row" feature.

  • Salesforce Users: Re-record steps involving date selections or annotations to ensure perfect replays.
