We are pleased to share the latest update to the platform - ClickLearn Attain version - 12.2.5.0 . This release introduces the new modern template for content, along with a wide range of fixes across recording, structure, localization, publishing, UXP / UAC, and connectors. A total of 87 bugs were addressed in this release, with particular attention given to resolving publishing failures.

FIXES
Overall
- The studio became unresponsive in some cases, and this issue is now fixed.
- Slowness was observed for on premise version. This is now optimized.
- Reporting an issue did not work in some cases. Those issues are now fixed.
Recording
- Starting recording resulted in License Error in some cases. This issue is now fixed.
- Recording was causing issues with an on premise version. This issue is now fixed.
Recording Editor
- The content block's hyperlink will now support mailto links too.
- Image selector when importing an image from PPT showed blank slides. This issue is now fixed.
- Applying the new video skin, displayed white screens on videos for some languages. This issue is now fixed.
Structure
- The translator dialogue opened for the metadata even though the project contained a single language. This issue is now fixed.
- The undo button in the structure remained enabled even after saving the changes. This issue is now fixed.
- Exclude and Disable elements functions did not work for Text, Heading, and Divider. This issue is now fixed.
Localization
- Importing a translated recording showed it was not translated into that language. This issue is now fixed.
Asset
- After updating the asset, the version increased, but the asset preview did not, in case multiple people were accessing it. This issue is now fixed.
UXP/UAC
- The issue where applied filters were lost after clicking refresh on the feature tour list page has been resolved.
- UXP publication messaging has been updated to indicate when it fails due to a backend issue.
- If the search text contains #, the dynamic asset did not give a correct output. This issue is now fixed.
- UXP extension will now validate if you add multiple URLs in the content URL field.
- UXP module in the studio did not appear when a template with UXP enabled was imported. This issue is now fixed.
Publishing
- In a production warning, sometimes if the issue is in the structure, the Area was displayed as Recording. This issue is now fixed.
- Producing a project with the wrong Synthesia key caused the studio to crash. This issue is now fixed.
- Asset-related warnings that appeared on the publishing report while publishing will now be fixed.
- Publishing and sharing a recording or structure failed the publishing. This issue is now fixed.
APT
- Closing the test file while importing the recording caused the studio to crash. This issue is now fixed.
Portal
- On the dashboard, the company details were not displayed in the tab title. This issue is now fixed.
- LIUP did not appear in the OData when only one recording was published. This issue is now fixed.
Connector
- In IFS the hotspot when anyrow was selected went beyond the table. This issue is now fixed and the step should be re recorded.
- In F&O, one of the grid displayed value in place of grid cell name. This issue is now fixed and the recording should be replayed to observe the fix.
- In F&O, the hotspot on an anyrow appeared fine in regular assist but did not work fine via UXP. This issue is now fixed and need to republish the content to see the fix.
- In Salesforce, deleting an account did not pick the right controls. This issue is now fixed.
- In F&O, having ExFlow enabled failed the UXP to work. This issue is now fixed and the content should be reproduce to see the effect.
