We are pleased to share the latest update to the platform. This release improves project collaboration with automatic check-in on project close, gives the recording editor more flexibility with row and cell enablement from the context menu, and adds a dedicated logout button to the Published Content Portal. A total of 20 issues were addressed in this release, with particular attention given to the recording editor, publishing, and connector experience.

ENHANCEMENTS
Project

Closing the project will now make sure all the files that were checked out will be checked in back ensuring those files are available for the next user.
Recording Editor

Any row and cell can be enabled from the context menu. If the data's location is uncertain, all steps may be selected and enabled, allowing only the relevant steps to be activated.
Localization

The Japanese translations have been improved to enhance sentence structure.
Published Content

A logout button has been introduced to the published content portal, to enhance security and ease of navigation.
FIXES
Overall
-
In certain instances, a module shows as opened by a user, even after the user has exited the project. This issue has now been resolved.
Project
-
Creating a project caused the project not to open if the user has only O365 as his sign in method. This issue is now fixed.
Recording
-
Using "Insert after" in the recording experience did not display the context menu to add a section or content block. This issue is now fixed.

The folder up one level button was not working consistently across the Assets and Recordings modules. This issue is now fixed.
Recording Editor
-
The selected step will now be highlighted in the written editor's preview when the modern template is being used.

Editing an existing note and pasting a large text will automatically split it into smaller notes. However, after saving the recording, these notes did not appear. This issue has now been fixed.

Disabling the top note of a section resulted in the video displaying different images for the following steps. This issue is now fixed.

After saving a recording, some still required an upgrade. This issue has now been fixed.
Structure

Adding a segment to the structure froze the application. This issue is now fixed.
Publishing
-
Content restricted by IP was incorrectly labeled as public. This issue has now been resolved, and the correct label will be "IP restricted".

Published content with a modern template will now reload faster.
Settings

Exporting a template to an Excel sheet will now include a "Language Independent" column, which can be modified and imported back.
UXP
-
UXP started over after reaching the last step in some cases for Oracle HCM. This issue is now fixed.

Accessing the PDF added to a step from the UXP did not load the PDF. This issue is now fixed.
Portal
-
The password reset process sometimes resulted in an "Unexpected Error." This issue has now been validated and resolved.
APT
-
The recording used in a test file was overwritten after the test ran and failed. This issue is now fixed.

Screenshot injections in a recording appeared multiple times and was unable to scrap data from it. This issue is now fixed.
Connector
-
Caching issues in the connector extension have been resolved, enhancing the recording experience and reducing the occurrence of the red screen.

Replay data did not appear for tabular data in SAP4HANA. This issue is now fixed and a re-recording of such steps is required to fix this.

3-dot menu in some screens did not record on Oracle HCM. This issue is now fixed and re-recording of that step is required.
