Dear community,

Our company is about to invest in creating a suite of Clicklearns to be used for automated process testing. Does anyone have any good advice, common traps or other helpful tips they could share? I am really keen to understand how people have leveraged from this tool.

Thanks.

David.

Hi David.

Good question! For me personally, I would say “focus on data quality”.

In order to keep your APT’s evergreen, they need to have valid data available over time. I would use options to “select first row”, “last row” etc. when possible, but having valid APT data that doesn’t change over time is important.

Last, if you are not already signed up, I recommend that you and your colleagues sign up for the ClickLearn Universe (https://universe.clicklearn.com), which is the e-learning universe for ClickLearn Authors.

Here we have a mission called Basics of Automated Process Testing that you should check out!

Good luck with your APT’s
