Why am I not getting audio when I play Show Me in Video Editor? I’m using ClickLearn Attain.

It was a VoiceCloud configuration issue on your Attain license on our side. Can you please try and restart Attain, and see if my changes fixed it? If they didn’t, please contact our support desk directly.
That didn’t fix the problem. Looks like you are not able to hear audio in the Video Editor at this time.

The feature has moved a little bit compared to Classic. You can preview videos with sound from the written editor, using the right-side “burger menu” and then clicking on the video:
Or from the recordings list, using the preview option on the recording:
These are workarounds while we wait for the feature to be completed for the video editor.
