Using ClickLearn for Automated Process Testing, can you search for applicable data? For example search for a supplier that is “active”?

Yes, either you can use the APIxx and APIGet functions to load specific data from a supported data source, or you can record the process on the UI, maybe in combination with the data scraping capability the annotated screenshot brings.
