Can not connect to my D365 CE onpremise CRM instance

Hi,

I try to evaluate Click2Learn Attain, but I’m not able to connect to our MS D365 CE onpremise instance! 

I can login with the same credentials in google chrome, but Click2Learn.InsideHelp says it is INVALID why?

Typically with CRM, we see people using it for CRM online, with an email address sign-in method.

 

I don’t see any reason we cannot make it work with your setup, being OnPrem with a classic domain style authentication method, likely it is something we need to look at in order to support - may I have you contact us at support? Then we can look at it together, and figure out what is needed to make this work for you :)
