Cannot edit Images

Hi all

Every now and then I come across an image that I cannot seem to edit.

I have tried:

It just can’t be edited - cannot select the crop area or highlight area, resize or move these.

For examples, refer to Project called Multinet, Recording called ‘Create New Project_COPY’ - steps 9/10

“Click into the Project Name field and enter the project name”

“Click on the data field JAMS/SAP - Project. Enter the JAMS project code”

Any assistance would be great

The steps you cannot edit are keyboard input steps.

An input step always uses the screenshot and the technical name of the function from the nearest previous step.

This is also why it generalizes the input.

like for example:

Click on the field Customer Name

Enter Customer Name

rather than:

Enter Scott’s Snowboard Shop
