How is “Change File Location” used in ClickLearn Classic. I have documentation created in different network locations and I’d like to consolidate them. If I right-click on a recording in ClickLearn and select “Change File Location” it wants me to open a file instead. There’s something I’m not understanding here and I’m not finding documentation on it in any references - only documentation for ClickLearn Attain.

Hi @KLACHAPELLE

i know you have already seen this it can give you some of the ideas you need.

If you are looking to open all your clicklearn files in your clicklearn studio, regardless of their location - then you can use the windows search feature while the file - open dialogue is open, and then select all the files in your .clrx search result.

If you would rather want to move all your scattered files into a single folder structure, then do that first - then use the file - open to open them all.

if you chose files that you already have open, then clicklearn will just update the path to the files.
