Hello,
one of our authors spent about 3 hours editing his recording. He saved as he went along. This content had not yet been published. His laptop re-start itself (pesky Microsoft updates) and all of the work he had completed was lost. His recording only showed what was there when he started his 3 hour edit.
The activity logs don’t even show that he had been in the recording at all for over 2 weeks but he was working on it 5 days ago.
Is there anywhere that this update recording could be? After all he saved it multiple times. Our authors are very busy and we can’t afford for them to be losing 3 hours worth of work. This is not the first time that this has happened to this particular author.
