On the Dashboard, is there a way to view if individual users have completed the clicklearn training or even started?

It sounds like you are looking for user-level completion tracking on training content. This functionality is available by combining the features of ClickLearn content and a SCORM-compliant learning management system, also known as an LMS. Please contact your CSM or our support desk directly to get more information about how to accomplish this.
