Highlights entire screen unable to click on each step

Am unable to record by clicking on individual steps. It highlights the entire screen. Please assist.

Hi @Melup 

 

It looks like you might be missing the Native Messaging Host.

 

To install it, shut down edge and chrome - then click “start installation tool” in attain:

Remember that when you close your browser it may not be completely closed. Unfortunately by default Edge and Chrome browsers keep running in the background. So go to setting’s in you browser and have that switch off.

Maybe also check in your Task Manager under Details, that they no longer are running.
