In Attain, occasionally a recording will show as being checked-out even though no one chose to check it out. What causes a recording to be checked-out?

Hi
it happens if the recording is opened, sometimes the recording is not release from the cloud - if for example a user terminates clicklearn without closing the recording first.
example:
EU: https://yourorganization.portal.eu.clicklearn.com/recordings
US: https://yourorganization.portal.us.clicklearn.com/recordings
AU: https://yourorganization.portal.au.clicklearn.com/recordings
you can always navigate to your portal and undo the check-out.
