Hi Bruce,
it is not an option to choose full editing as default.
if you regularly change the phrasing of the standard sentence construction, i can recommend you alter your template instead.
If you rather just explain more in dept what is about to happen etc, then i would recommend using the context block, text block option prior to the step instead.
