Incorporating video files into the structure in Attain

Hi

I am creating some videos outside of ClickLearn for an app, and I would like to incorporate that video into our structure in Attain. 

Are there any tips or instructions on how best to do this? I’ve managed to create an mp4 file using my video editing software, and when I import that into my structure, publish and click on it, it’s asking my users to download the file and then play it via the windows media player. 

Is there any way that the video can play from within the portal?

Hi @FOberlin 

 

The ability to play files directly in the browser depends on the browser itself i should think. 

To ensure you have a foundation for playback regardless of browser capability, you can upload the video as unlisted to vimeo or youtube or similar - then create links on the structure to those - that should work :)
